  - 분말야금, 아크멜팅, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 복합재료 및 합금 설계

● 수행중인 연구과제
  - 극미세 합금 분말 다공성 소재 기술 개발
  - 해상 및 육상구조물용 신재생 그린방식소재 개발
  - 사파이어 단결정 제조를 위한 공정 기술 개발
  - 금속소재정보은행 구축사업
  - 미세역학모델링을 이용한 고차제어 금속복합재료 구조설계 및 제조기술 개발
  - Al계 복합분말 이용 인장강도 370Mpa 이상의 자동차용 경량 소결소재 기술 개발
