◆ Lab Overview

In our laboratory, when was that depositing a thin film on a substrate in a vacuum deposition, it must perform the research of the effect of various process parameters on the properties of the multilayer film. Major researches are performed such as plasma treatment, surface energy measurement, fabrication technology of flexible electronic devices and adhesion strength. In particular, when the various thin films was deposited on a substrate of non-conductive including the plastic, it was conducted the research of increasing adhesion strength between thin film and substrate and the study about mechanical properties and microstructure of metal materials by special heat treatment.

- Wear microstructure control technology of the large vehicles of rotating portion for Face Seal metallic material.

- Study on adhesion strength between sputtered metallic film and Al-wheel part.

- Development and evaluation of water-vapor barrier layer for flexible electronic devices.
