We pursue ultimately to develop technology for the advanced source material and synthesis material to solve problems at interface between human and high-technologies, which are branch of IT, ET and BT. We investigate the characteristics of thin film such as transparent conducting oxide & heat reflected film coating, photocatalysis thin film & CIGS solar cell, CdTe photoconductor, and membrane coating for fuel cell..
