In our laboratory, we deposit a metal and ceramic thin film using various deposition techniques and analyze the various physical properties of the thin film. In addition, these studies has been entered the stage it is applied as an important element technology in the field machine, electronic, telecommunications, semiconductor, optical, and environmental. In our laboratory, advanced thin film deposition and its properties has been researched, and also various studies such as next-generation synthetic technology of coating film (Hard Coatings) has been studying.

- Hybrid-function materials and system.

- Creation and characteristics of high performance nano-hybrid coating materials.

◆ Current Projects

- Developments of heat and surface treatment and die manufacturing technology to maximize die life.

- Developments of fabrication Al2O3 ceramic ball using Al dross.
